It all started with a project on well-being at work, at Microsoft France. Samuel, ordered by the Marketing and Operations Department to propose solutions, identifies the need to create stronger ties between the marketing, sales and communication teams. Samuel wondered : how can we help people learn more about the areas of expertise and the skills of their colleagues? How can we help people expand beyond their usual work circles? What if all this could be done differently, outside of formal meetings? The Comeet project's framework was set.
January 2017: the adventure begins. Comeet benefits from a strong and experienced team (Accenture, Microsoft, IBM, startups, the French government) ready to make well-being at work a reality,for all.
It is also the beginning of HappyTech, a collective created by the founders of Comeet to bring together the technological players involved in this field.
In February, Comeet chooses the artificial intelligence and technologies of Microsoft. The publisher allows Comeet to join its BizSpark Plus program for startups, which allows Comeet to apply and join the Essec Ventures incubator. Beginning in the second quarter of 2017, the Comeet application is deployed to employees of Microsoft and Talentsoft. Spotted by ManpowerGroup, the global leader in human resources, Comeet gets the chance to be introduced at the group's booth during the Viva Technology 2017 exhibition.
Bringing together those commited to the welfare of employees is a key objective of Comeet's co - founders . An ambition made possible with the creation of a collective of startups dedicated to well - being at work whose aim is to help those in new positions such as the Chief Happiness Officers(CHO) to structure their work by offering concrete solutions .LEARN MORE
